Q What price range do you have for baskets?
A We can design a basket in almost any price range -- most designs begin around $35; however, we can do some very nice small designs for $20. If you want to make a "reaaaaaally" big impression with your recipient, ask us for something in the $250 to $300 range!
Q Can you ship my basket?
A Yes, we're happy to ship for you. We very carefully pack the basket so it arrives in tip top condition. The only charge for shipping is the carrier charge and a small fee for shipping materials.
Q Are the designs I see on your site available in other sizes?
A Most are available in another size; however, depending upon the basket used, some may not be.
Q Are the baskets on your site my only choices?
A No -- you can tell us your desired price range, the occasion or message to be conveyed, perhaps some suggested products you would like included (or some Not to include) and we will create a design for you. Q How soon after I order would my gift be delivered?
A For 1 or 2 gifts, we can usually deliver the next business day; however, for an order of multiple gifts, we might need more lead time. We would be happy to discuss your desired delivery or ship date with you. FOR THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS, YOU SHOULD ORDER EARLY TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY OF YOUR SELECTION -- THIS ALSO ALLOWS US TO BE SURE TO HAVE SUFFICIENT PRODUCTS FOR YOUR ORDER AS WELL AS OTHER CUSTOMERS.
Q Could I have imprinted ribbon on my gift?
A Yes. In fact, we imprint ribbon in-house for a speedy turnaround. We can imprint your name, your company name, or a short message such as "Happy Holidays, Aunt Suzie!"
